Grit Events organises and facilitates:

• Care Home Activities: Recreational and social activities designed for care home residents.
• Corporate Team-Building Activities: Group experiences to promote employee engagement, collaboration, and wellbeing.

3. Eligibility & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Care home bookings must be made by a responsible staff member or representative.
• Corporate bookings must be made by an authorised company representative.
• You are responsible for ensuring that participants are medically and physically able to take part in the chosen activities.

4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit (percentage or fixed amount as agreed) may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due by the date specified on your invoice.
• We reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received on time.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 05 days before the event will receive a full/partial refund (as stated in our cancellation policy).
• Cancellations made within 05 days are non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

• We take reasonable steps to ensure activities are safe, but participation is at your own risk.
• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements in advance.
• Grit Events will not be held liable for:
  • Injuries, losses, or damages that arise from activities unless caused by our negligence.
  • Personal property lost or damaged during activities.

7. Use of Our Website

• You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• All content (logos, text, images, materials) is owned by Grit Events and must not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data collected during bookings or website use will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Insurance

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Care homes and corporate clients are advised to ensure they also have adequate insurance coverage for their participants.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
